These Terms of Service apply to your use of the GarageGuys Junk Removal website and to junk removal services requested through the site, phone, or text. By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information available at the time, including photos, item lists, access, labor, volume, weight, and disposal requirements. Final pricing is confirmed before work starts. If the job scope changes, pricing may change before loading begins.
Customer Responsibilities
- Identify which items should be removed and which should stay
- Provide accurate access, parking, stairs, and item information
- Disconnect appliances from water, gas, power, and mounting hardware before removal
- Keep pets, children, and bystanders clear of active work areas
Items We Cannot Take
GarageGuys Junk Removal cannot take hazardous waste, chemicals, wet paint, motor oil, asbestos, medical waste, biohazards, explosives, ammunition, or anything requiring special licensed disposal.
Service Scope
GarageGuys removes approved items. Unless separately agreed in writing, service does not include detailed room cleaning, demolition, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, or hazardous material handling.
Scheduling
Same-day or next-day service may be available when scheduling allows, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party tools for forms, communications, payment processing, website hosting, analytics, and business operations. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
